Nanjing Business & Tourism Corp.,Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, engages in tourism and commerce businesses in China and internationally. The company offers sightseeing boat tours; and customized tours, group tours, independent travel, and cruise tourism. It is also involved in hotel business; retail business; and research and development, and manufacturing of lighting products, such as HID and LED lighting products are used in plant supplemental lighting, rail transit lighting, and factory lighting, as well as providing comprehensive smart lighting solutions. In addition, the company exports apparel, textiles, and electromechanical products. Further, it develops and produces discharge lamps comprising HPSL and metal halide lamps, and high-pressure mercury lamps; operates an exhibition center; and develops real estate properties. The company was formerly known as Nanjing Textiles Import & Export Corp., Ltd. and changed its name to Nanjing Business & Tourism Corp.,Ltd. in November 2023. The company was founded in 1978 and is headquartered in Nanjing, China.
