In addition, the company offers consulting services on corporate governance and equitization of enterprises, as well as on securities offerings, listing, and registration for trading; covered warrants; and other financial services. The company was formerly known as Lien Viet Securities Join Stock Company and changed its name to LPBank Securities Joint Stock Company in September 2023. LPBank Securities Joint Stock Company was incorporated in 2009 and is headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
