The company was formerly known as Kingdream Public Limited Company and changed its name to Sinopec Oilfield Equipment Corporation in July 2015. Sinopec Oilfield Equipment Corporation was founded in 1973 and is based in Wuhan, China. The company operates as a subsidiary of China Petrochemical Corporation.
