Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the infrastructure investment, real estate, and renewable energy businesses in Vietnam. The company is involved in the management and investment consultancy activities; organization of conventions and trade shows; and wholesale of other machinery and equipment, and food, including milk, dairy products, and confectionery, as well as products processed from cereals, flour, starch, coffee, and cocoa. It also engages in the computer programming, consultancy, and system management services; computer and peripheral equipment repair; data processing and hosting; website set up; own or rented property and land use rights trading; agricultural raw material, live animal, rubber, pesticide, fertilizer, and other agricultural chemical, as well as construction material and other installation equipment, textile, clothing, footwear, and motor vehicle wholesale; manufacture of feeds for cattle, poultry, and aquatic animals; sale of motorcycles, and motorcycle parts and accessories; renting and leasing of automobiles; and maintenance and repair of motor vehicles and other motor. The company was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
