The company explores for gold and silver deposits. It holds a 100% interest in the Ranch and Lawyers gold-silver project, which consists of 131 mining claims covering 495 square kilometers in the Toodoggone mining district of northern central British Columbia. The company was formerly known as Benchmark Metals Inc. and changed its name to Thesis Gold Inc. in August 2023. Thesis Gold Inc. was incorporated in 2010 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
