It provides its products primarily under the Rashmi brand name. The company also engages in the electrical goods marketing, professional audio, recording studio, space rental, and international brand trading businesses, as well as in the provision of installation services. It offers its products through dealers and distributors. The company was incorporated in 1987 and is based in Kolkata, India.
