Vacillating Markets
Stock Market Today – 27th April 2020
Since the past few days, Open Interest is indicating Buy-Bias. Nifty has been trading in a range of 8900 to 9390. So looking at the trend, it is not possible to decisively mention it as a buy trend. Only if the markets break their set levels, one can reach an inference. Looking at the markets, investors should keep away from investing except for in Pharma, Gold Mutual Funds and Fixed Deposits.
Other than the above-mentioned sectors, one can also invest in Government Securities and Dynamic Bond Funds. Taking snippets from the historic crisis, it can be inferred that the markets might plunge further. But one can use it for their welfare instead, by investing in stocks with sales and EPS growth even in the cataclysm like this. One will be able to get those stocks at an undervalued price and in the long run, the stocks will give them maximum spring.
