Budget 2016-Implementation, Implementation And Implementation

Published 02-03-2016, 01:00 am

Before budget each and every individual in the country have lot of expectation in their eye something good this budget will bring to improve their financial and social needs. But surprisingly like our political parties our budget is getting politicized. I am observing closely from past few years our budget announcement but none of the budget ever looks like a complete road-map for economy or even balanced budget.

Each government announces crores of money for the betterment of poor then how come their live hood is not getting improved. Budget should be prepared to keep an eye on all section of people. It’s not about taking money from one’s pocket and distributes to it others. Instead of finding solution or rectifying the loopholes in the system our government tries to compare with each other. Funniest part our honorable FM during his budget speech told, we have controlled inflation below 5% whereas during previous government it was around 8-9%. It’s because of reducing in commodity price not because of you. Similarly, our honorable HM last year gave same kind of statement, our government brought down crude oil price to below $50 whereas during previous government it’s above $100. Every budget finance minster gives an hour long speech with fat announcement why they don’t even tell the nation how they are going to implement this expenditure.

Every budget finance minister gives an hour-long speech with fat announcement why they don’t even tell the nation how they are going to implement this expenditure.
Question is not how and from where government will get money for so called 19.5 lakh crore expenditure (FY16-17) but again like end of every budget it leaves us with the question of how is it going to be implement?
