Investing.com -- Companies including Mahindra & Mahindra (NS:MAHM), Bosch (NS:BOSH), Power Grid (NS:PGRD) Corporation of India, Bharat Heavy Electricals (NS:BHEL), AstraZeneca Pharma (NS:ASTR), HEG (NS:HEGL), and M.R.F. Ltd. (BO:MRF), among others will be releasing their earnings result for the September-ended quarter on November 9.

Reliance Industries (NS:RELI): Reliance Eagleford Upstream Holding, a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of RIL has exited the shale gas business in North America by selling its interest in certain upstream assets in the Eagleford shale play of Texas to Ensign Operating III, LLC. Reliance Eagleford Upstream Holding and Ensign signed a PSA on November 5 for the sale.

Vedanta Ltd (NS:VDAN): The mining major announced the delisting of its American Depositary Shares from the New York Stock Exchange after market hours yesterday. The company will now concentrate on trading all its equity shares in the Indian stock exchanges.

JBM Auto Ltd (NS:JBMA): The auto parts maker has received a high volume order to supply, operate and maintain a total of 200 air-conditioned fully built low floor electric buses.

Motherson Sumi Systems (NS:MOSS): The Board of directors of the company approved raising up to Rs 1,000 crore by issuing non-convertible debentures or NCDs.

Kirloskar Pneumatic: HDFC (NS:HDFC) Mutual Funds sold 5 lakh shares of the engineering products company priced at Rs 397 apiece on the BSE, while PGIM India Mutual Fund bought these shares at the same price through a bulk deal on the BSE.

Cadila Healthcare (NS:CADI): The pharmaceutical company received an order to supply a total of 1 crore doses of the world’s first Plasmid DNA vaccine, ZyCoV-D to the Central Government, on Monday. Zydus has set the price of each vaccine dose at Rs 265, and Rs 93/dose for the needle-free applicator, excluding GST charges.

Poonawalla Fincorp Ltd (NS:POON): Microfirm Capital Private Limited sold 1.35 crore shares of the NBFC at Rs 172.8/share, while Celica Developers sold the same number of shares for Rs 171.65/share on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
