Stocks Under Focus on Sept 5: Paytm, ACC, SpiceJet & More

Investing.com -- Paytm (NS: PAYT ): The fintech major denied any link with the merchants under the Enforcement Directorate scanner in the Chinese loan app case on Sunday.
Vodafone Idea (NS: VODA ): The beleaguered telco has prepaid a short-term loan amount of nearly Rs 2,700 crore to SBI (NS: SBI ) for building confidence among lenders as it looks out for fresh bank funds urgently for 5G network deals and clear some of its Rs 15,000 crore worth of trade payables.
SpiceJet (NS: SPJT ): The airline company is likely to receive about Rs 225 crore under the government’s credit guarantee scheme. It has also been allowed up to 3 years of extension for conducting its AGM for FY22.
ACC (NS: ACC ): Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS ) Asia has picked 9.4 lakh equity shares of the company through an open market transaction for Rs 215 crore, at an average price of Rs 2,290 apiece.
Hinduja Global Solutions (NS: HGSL ): NXTDIGITAL's (NS: NXTD ) shareholders have voted for the merger with Hinduja Global Solutions.
Olectra Greentech (NS: OLEC ): The electric bus manufacturer has won an order worth Rs 151 crore for the supply of 100 electric buses to the Assam State Transport Corporation.
