Investing.com -- ONGC (NS:ONGC): The Maharatna company signed an MoU with the leading renewable energy company Greenko Group to jointly come up with opportunities in renewable energy, green hydrogen, and its other derivatives.

Wipro (NS:WIPR): The IT major has received a five-year engagement contract from the global tech leader Nokia (HE:NOKIA), in support of the latter’s renewed operating model and enhanced customer and user experience across the supply chain, among others.

JSW Energy (NS:JSWE): The National Company Law Tribunal has approved the power producer’s proposal for acquiring Ind-Barath Energy (Utkal), which owns a 700 MW under-construction thermal power plant in Odisha.

Zydus Lifesciences (NS:ZYDU): The US drug regulator USFDA has given final approval for marketing the pharma player’s generic version of bisoprolol fumarate tablets, used to treat high blood pressure.

Piramal Enterprises (NS:PIRA): The healthcare-to-real estate conglomerate has received a license from the RBI for launching an NBFC.

Sapphire Foods (NS:SAPI): Investment fund Edelweiss Crossover Opportunities Fund offloaded a 4.06% stake in the company in two tranches, selling 21,87,378 and 3,91,799 equity shares at an average price of Rs 1,090 apiece for a total of Rs 281.13 crore.

Companies including Maruti Suzuki (NS:MRTI) India, Tata Motors (NS:TAMO), Bajaj Finance (NS:BJFN), Biocon (NS:BION), United Breweries (NS:UBBW), Schaeffler India (NS:SCHE), and Colgate-Palmolive (NYSE:CL) India (NS:COLG) , among others, will release their earnings for the June quarter on Wednesday.
