Stocks in Focus on Dec 31: SBI, CMS Info Systems, HUL & More

Investing.com -- CMS Info Systems Ltd (NS: CMSN ): The cash management systems player will debut on the Indian exchanges on Dec 31, with its final issue price fixed at Rs 216/share.

State Bank of India (NS: SBI ): The country’s largest public-sector lender will buy a 9.95% stake in the India International Exchange.

RBL Bank Ltd (NS: RATB ): The private lender has formed a search panel to hunt a suitable candidate for its MD & CEO position. 

PB Fintech Ltd (NS: PBFI ): The online insurance platform has approved an investment of about Rs 700 crore in the subsidiary Policybazaar Insurance Brokers over FY22 and FY23, in addition to about Rs 299.99 crore in another subsidiary Paisabazaar Marketing and Consulting.

Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (NS: HLL ): The FMCG major’s distributors in Maharashtra will stop selling its select products starting Jan 2022, as the company did not discuss the price parity issue between distributors in the state.

Power Grid (NS: PGRD ) Corporation of India: The state-run power company will invest Rs 322 crore for expanding its telecom business into the data centre business, along with setting up a data centre at Manesar.

Dish TV India Ltd (NS: DSTV ): The leading DTH service provider held its AGM on Thursday but the outcome of e-voting for passing resolutions will only be known after getting permission from the Bombay HC.

JSW Energy (NS: JSWE ): LIC has increased its shareholding in the company from 7% to 9.01% after buying over a 2% stake in the company through open market transactions.

IDFC (NS: IDFC ) First Bank: The lender’s board of directors have approved the merger of IDFC and IDFC Financial Holding Company with the bank.
