Investing.com -- Canara Bank Ltd (NS: CNBK ): The state-owned lender has raised Rs 1,500 crore by issuing Basel-III compliant bonds, it informed on Thursday.

Aarti Industries (NS: ARTI ): On Nov 30, HDFC (NS: HDFC ) Asset Management Company sold a total of 1.74 lakh of equity shares of the chemical manufacturing company through open market transactions, taking its shareholding in the company from 3.09% to 3.04%.

ABB India (NS: ABB ): The engineering services company has completed the sale process of its mechanical power transmission division to Dodge Industrial India Pvt Ltd for Rs 44.58 crore.

Dhanlaxmi Bank (NS: DNBK ): Due to certain domestic and personal reasons, the Part Time Chairman and Independent Director of the private lender has resigned from the bank’s Board of Directors, w.e.f. Dec 31.

DCB Bank Ltd (NS: DCBA ): The private lender has revised its Base Rate from 10.64% p.a. to 10.5% p.a., to come into effect from Dec 6, 2021.

Prataap Snacks: SBI (NS: SBI ) Funds Management sold a total of 9,948 shares of the company on Dec 1 through an open market transaction, which reduces its shareholding in the company from 3.43% to 3.39%.

Punjab Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd (BO: PNJA ): The chemicals company approved sub-dividing every equity share of face value Rs 10, into 5 equity shares of face value Rs 2, each subject to the approval of shareholders.
