Investing.com -- Tata Consultancy Services (NS: TCS ): The IT major has reported its highest-ever total revenues for the March-ending quarter at Rs 50,591 crore, rising 15.8% YoY, while its profit grew 7.4% YoY at Rs 9,926 crore for the quarter. For FY22, the IT giant’s net profit surged 14.8% to Rs 38,327 crore.

Adani (NS: APSE ) Green Energy (NS: ADNA ): The renewable energy player’s market capitalization surged past Rs 4.2 lakh crore, as its shares rose sharply.

UltraTech Cement (NS: ULTC ): The cement maker was declared as the preferred bidder for the Diggaon Limestone Block, a limestone block, in an e-auction conducted by the Government of Karnataka.

Nestle (NS: NEST ): The FMCG company has declared an interim dividend of Rs 25/share for 2022, with the record date fixed at April 22.

JSW Steel (NS: JSTL ): Subsidiary JSW Utkal Steel can now set up a greenfield integrated steel plant in Odisha, as it has received the environmental clearance for the same. It will produce 13.2 MTPA of crude steel and the capex for the whole project will stand at around Rs 65,000 crore.

Delta Corp (NS: DELT ): The gaming and hospitality company’s profit for the March-ending quarter lowered by 16.7% YoY to Rs 48.11 crore, while the revenue grew moderately by 3.3% YoY at Rs 218.32 crore. 

Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals (NS: GSFC ) : State-owned insurance company LIC has sold 2.01% of its stake held in the company, reducing its shareholding to 6.06%.

Kesoram Industries (NS: KSRM ): The cement company’s losses in Q4 FY22 surged 44.3% sequentially to Rs 46.14 crore in the March quarter due to a rise in the costs of fuel, power and finance. 

Companies including Hathway Cable (NS: HAWY ), GM Breweries (NS: GMBR ), and Anand Rathi Wealth (BO: ANAA ), among others, will release their quarterly results for the March quarter.
