Investing.com -- Wipro: Subsidiary Wipro (NS:WIPR) Holdings (UK) has transferred 100% shareholding in step-down subsidiary Wipro 4C NV to another subsidiary Wipro IT Services UK Societas on Sept 12, for rationalization and simplification of the overall group structure.
Mahindra & Mahindra (NS:MAHM): The Assistant Commissioner, Commercial Taxes Department, Begumpet Division, Hyderabad has fined the auto giant with a penalty of Rs 1,69,949 under the provisions of the Telangana VAT Act, 2005.
