Block Deal: NBFC stock jumps 5% after 20 lakh shares worth ₹61 Cr change hands
Investing.com – Turkey equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the BIST Leasing Factoring, BIST Technology and BIST Tourism sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Istanbul, the BIST 100 fell 0.48%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the BIST 100 were Dogus Otomotiv Servis ve Ticaret AS (IS:DOAS), which rose 9.99% or 21.40 points to trade at 235.60 at the close. Ard Grup Bilisim Teknolojileri AS (IS:ARDYZ) added 8.33% or 2.24 points to end at 29.12 and Girisim Elektrik Taahhut Ticaret & Sanayi AS (IS:GESAN) was up 6.13% or 2.62 points to 45.38 in late trade.
Biggest losers included ENKA Insaat ve Sanayi AS (IS:ENKAI), which fell 7.82% or 5.85 points to trade at 69.00 in late trade. Selcuk Ecza Deposu Ticaret ve Sanayi AS (IS:SELEC) declined 6.87% or 4.80 points to end at 65.05 and Celebi Hava Servisi AS (IS:CLEBI) down 6.73% or 182.50 points to 2,530.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones by 315 to 256 and 19 ended unchanged on the Istanbul Stock Exchange.
Gold Futures for June delivery was up 0.84% or 26.99 to $3,254.99 a troy ounce. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in June rose 2.18% or 1.35 to hit $63.30 a barrel, while the July Brent oil contract rose 1.91% or 1.24 to trade at $66.20 a barrel.
USD/TRY was up 0.01% to 38.77, while EUR/TRY rose 0.79% to 43.38.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.63% at 100.96.
