Trump slaps 30% tariffs on EU, Mexico
Investing.com – Sweden equities were lower at the close on Thursday, as losses in the Stockholm Health Care PI, Stockholm Financials and Stockholm Industrials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 fell 1.82%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were SAAB AB ser. B (ST:SAABb), which rose 0.27% or 1.30 points to trade at 463.40 at the close. Samhallsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (ST:SBBb) fell 0.26% or 0.01 points to end at 5.28 and ABB Ltd (ST:ABB) was down 0.33% or 1.80 points to 549.20 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Sinch AB (ST:SINCH), which fell 5.36% or 1.40 points to trade at 24.71 in late trade. Kinnevik, Investment AB ser. B (ST:KINVb) declined 3.42% or 2.80 points to end at 80.10 and Atlas Copco AB Class A (ST:ATCOa) down 3.30% or 5.40 points to 158.30.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones by 545 to 222 and 65 ended unchanged on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
Crude oil for July delivery was down 1.25% or 0.77 to $60.80 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 1.36% or 0.88 to hit $64.03 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.66% or 22.01 to trade at $3,291.49 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was up 0.25% to 10.86, while USD/SEK rose 0.68% to 9.63.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.36% at 99.79.
