Investing.com -- Tech Mahindra (NS:TEML): The IT services provider announced the acquisition of a 100% stake in the Europe-based IT and services company Com tec Co IT and a 25% ownership in two IT platforms, SWFT and Surance, for a total of EUR 330 million, approximately Rs 2,800 crore.

Tata Power (NS:TTPW): Subsidiary Tata Power Renewable Energy has commissioned 100 MW solar power projects in Prayagraj and Banda in Uttar Pradesh.

Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem (NS:TATV): The chemical manufacturer reported a 9.2% rise in profit at Rs 22.8 crore in Q3 FY22, on a YoY basis, while its revenue jumped 30.6% to Rs 104.67 crore in the said quarter.

HFCL Ltd (NS:HFCL): The telecom gear maker’s consolidated profit declined 4.7% to Rs 81.1 crore in Q3, due to a rise in component prices, like semiconductors. Its revenue too, slid 4.8% to Rs 1,215.21 crore on a YoY basis.

Paytm (NS:PAYT): Paytm Payments Bank issued 11.3% more FASTags in December 2021 to over 4.5 lakh, compared to Nov 2021. The digital lender has led the market in the FASTags segment with a 28.2% market share.

Vikas Ecotech (NS:VIEC): The chemicals company reported a 341% surge in profit at Rs 3.42 crore in Q3FY22, on a YoY basis, while its revenue jumped 165% to Rs 75.26 crore in the given quarter.

Companies including Bajaj Finance (NS:BJFN), L&T (NS:LART) Technology Services, ICICI Prudential (LON:PRU) Life Insurance Company, Tata Elxsi (NS:TTEX), ICICI Securities (NS:ICCI), and Trident (NS:TRIE), among others, will be releasing their earnings for the quarter ending December 2021 today.
