Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Consumer Services, Retailing and Insurance sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 0.31%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Nahdi Medical Co (TADAWUL:4164), which rose 7.26% or 8.20 points to trade at 121.20 at the close. Saudi Chemical Company (TADAWUL:2230) added 4.94% or 0.41 points to end at 8.71 and Saudi Steel Pipe Company (TADAWUL:1320) was up 4.21% or 2.20 points to 54.40 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Leejam Sports Company SJSC (TADAWUL:1830), which fell 10.00% or 13.80 points to trade at 124.20 in late trade. Mobile Telecommunications Company (TADAWUL:7030) declined 8.29% or 1.04 points to end at 11.50 and Wataniya Insurance Company (TADAWUL:8300) down 7.78% or 1.58 points to 18.72.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones by 218 to 99 and 24 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.

Crude oil for June delivery was up 0.29% or 0.17 to $59.26 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 0.21% or 0.13 to hit $62.28 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.74% or 25.36 to trade at $3,397.44 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.04% to 4.26, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.23% at 99.27.
