Saudi Arabia shares lower at close of trade; Tadawul All Share down 0.23%
Credit: © Reuters. – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Sunday, as losses in the Retail , Financial Services and Petrochemicals sectors propelled shares lower.

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 0.23%.

The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Amana Cooperative Insurance Co (SE: 8310 ), which rose 9.84% or 1.84 points to trade at 20.54 at the close. AlJazira Mawten REIT (SE: 4331 ) added 9.64% or 1.78 points to end at 20.24 and Middle East Specialized Cables Co (SE: 2370 ) was up 8.44% or 0.62 points to 7.97 in late trade.

Biggest losers included Middle East Healthcare Co (SE: 4009 ), which lost 10.39% or 8.00 points to trade at 69.00 in late trade. The Mediterranean&Gulf Insurance Co (SE: 8030 ) declined 10.08% or 1.54 points to end at 13.74 and Red Sea Housing Services Company (SE: 4230 ) shed 4.47% or 0.86 points to 18.40.

Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 93 to 72 and 14 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.

In commodities trading, Crude oil for September delivery was up 0.37% or 0.18 to $48.77 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in October rose 0.17% or 0.09 to hit $51.99 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.38% or 4.90 to trade at $1295.00 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was up 0.41% to 4.4331, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.7500.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.33% at 92.99.
