Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were higher at the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Real Estate Management and Development, Utilities and Consumer Durables & Apparel sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.53%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Kathiri Holding Co (TADAWUL:3008), which rose 7.51% or 0.19 points to trade at 2.72 at the close. Saudi Automotive Services Co. (TADAWUL:4050) added 6.06% or 3.20 points to end at 56.00 and Miahona Holding SCJSC (TADAWUL:2084) was up 5.42% or 1.50 points to 29.20 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4130), which fell 7.69% or 0.01 points to trade at 0.12 in late trade. Saudi Steel Pipe Company (TADAWUL:1320) declined 2.70% or 2.00 points to end at 72.10 and United Electronics Company (TADAWUL:4003) down 2.59% or 2.50 points to 94.20.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones by 158 to 113 and 32 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
Shares in Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4130) fell to 52-week lows; down 7.69% or 0.01 to 0.12. Shares in Miahona Holding SCJSC (TADAWUL:2084) rose to all time highs; gaining 5.42% or 1.50 to 29.20.
Crude oil for August delivery was down 0.56% or 0.46 to $81.87 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 0.51% or 0.44 to hit $85.31 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.08% or 1.85 to trade at $2,365.35 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.04% to 4.06, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.10% at 104.78.
