Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were higher at the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Consumer Durables & Apparel, Media and Materials sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share rose 0.15%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Sorayai Trading&Industrial Group (TADAWUL:1213), which rose 9.57% or 6.20 points to trade at 71.00 at the close. Saudi Arabian Mining Company (TADAWUL:1211) added 6.61% or 2.60 points to end at 41.95 and Rasan Information Technology (TADAWUL:8313) was up 4.64% or 2.80 points to 63.20 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4130), which fell 5.56% or 0.01 points to trade at 0.17 in late trade. Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL:8100) declined 3.26% or 0.58 points to end at 17.22 and Saudi Cable Company (TADAWUL:2110) down 2.50% or 2.10 points to 81.90.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones by 156 to 133 and 17 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.06% or 0.04 to $68.98 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.16% or 0.12 to hit $72.63 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.23% or 5.95 to trade at $2,602.95 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.00% to 4.17, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.02% at 100.46.
