The deal was valued at approximately Rs. 95.6 lakhs, executed at an average price of Rs. 8.85 per share.
On the selling side, another FPI, Eriska Investment Fund Limited, offloaded nearly 17.4 lakh shares—equivalent to a 0.89 percent stake—in a transaction worth around Rs. 1.54 crores on the BSE. These shares were sold at an average price of Rs. 8.86 per share.

Variman Global reported a marginal growth in revenue from operations, experiencing a year-on-year increase of nearly 16.5 percent, rising from Rs. 27.04 crores in Q3 FY24 to Rs. 31.5 crores in Q3 FY25.
Similarly, during the same period, the company’s net profit jumped from a loss of Rs. 0.4 crores to a profit of Rs. 0.64 crores.
