Investing.com – Norway equities were higher at the close on Monday, as gains in the OSE Health Care Equipment & Service, OSE Pharma Biotech & Life Sciences and OSE Utilities sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Oslo, the Oslo OBX added 0.39%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Oslo OBX were Kongsberg Gruppen ASA (OL:KOG), which rose 6.86% or 79.00 points to trade at 1,230.00 at the close. Nel ASA (OL:NEL) added 3.43% or 0.08 points to end at 2.44 and Norsk Hydro ASA (OL:NHY) was up 2.58% or 1.70 points to 67.52 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Hafnia Ltd (OL:HAFNI), which fell 4.75% or 2.75 points to trade at 55.10 in late trade. Hoegh Autoliners ASA (OL:HAUTO) declined 2.48% or 2.35 points to end at 92.55 and Tomra Systems ASA (OL:TOM) down 2.26% or 4.30 points to 186.10.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones by 146 to 131 and 24 ended unchanged on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
Shares in Hafnia Ltd (OL:HAFNI) fell to 52-week lows; falling 4.75% or 2.75 to 55.10.
Crude oil for April delivery was up 0.06% or 0.04 to $70.75 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 0.08% or 0.06 to hit $74.68 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.39% or 11.35 to trade at $2,912.05 a troy ounce.
EUR/NOK was unchanged 0.02% to 11.64, while USD/NOK rose 0.05% to 11.11.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.07% at 106.65.
