Morocco shares lower at close of trade; Moroccan All Shares down 1.74%

Investing.com – Morocco equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Holding Companies , Mining and Distributors sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Casablanca, the Moroccan All Shares lost 1.74% to hit a new 52-week low.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Moroccan All Shares were Alliances (CS: ADI ), which rose 1.70% or 2 points to trade at 90 at the close. Afriquia Gaz (CS: AGAZ1 ) added 0.56% or 16 points to end at 2871 and Promopharm S.A. (CS: PRO ) was up 0.43% or 5 points to 1165 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Miniere Touissit (CS: CMT ), which lost 9.94% or 163 points to trade at 1477 in late trade. Involys (CS: INV ) declined 9.65% or 11.55 points to end at 108.15 and Saham Assurance (CS: SAH ) shed 9.59% or 140 points to 1320.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 44 to 4 and 9 ended unchanged on the Casablanca Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for October delivery was down 0.53% or 0.36 to $67.41 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.16% or 0.12 to hit $76.38 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.27% or 3.20 to trade at $1201.10 a troy ounce.
EUR/MAD was down 0.31% to 10.9220, while USD/MAD rose 0.31% to 9.4485.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.39% at 95.36.
