Morocco shares higher at close of trade; Moroccan All Shares up 0.13%

Investing.com – Morocco equities were higher at the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Holding Companies , Banking and Beverage sectors propelled shares higher.

At the close in Casablanca, the Moroccan All Shares added 0.13%.

The biggest gainers of the session on the Moroccan All Shares were Ennakl Automobiles SA (CS: NKL ), which rose 6.71% or 2.35 points to trade at 37.35 at the close. Oulmes (CS: OULM ) added 5.95% or 76 points to end at 1353 and Zellidja S.A (CS: ZELI ) was up 4.86% or 6.95 points to 149.90 in late trade.

Biggest losers included Involys (CS: INV ), which lost 2.97% or 3.50 points to trade at 114.50 in late trade. Lesieur Cristal (CS: LESU ) declined 2.85% or 4.25 points to end at 145.00 and Total Maroc SA (CS: TMA ) shed 2.70% or 27.0 points to 973.0.

Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 15 to 13 and 5 ended unchanged on the Casablanca Stock Exchange.

In commodities trading, Crude oil for December delivery was down 0.47% or 0.29 to $61.92 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 0.11% or 0.08 to hit $72.21 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.46% or 5.60 to trade at $1229.40 a troy ounce.

EUR/MAD was up 0.06% to 10.8500, while USD/MAD fell 0.31% to 9.4667.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.37% at 95.76.
