Investing.com – Israel equities were lower at the close on Monday, as losses in the TA-RealEstate Index, TA-Communication & InformationTechnology Index and TA Banks 5 sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 declined 1.27%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the TA 35 were Camtek Ltd (TASE:CAMT), which rose 2.11% or 730.00 points to trade at 35,300.00 at the close. Energean Oil & Gas PLC (TASE:ENOG) added 1.08% or 48.00 points to end at 4,496.00 and NICE Ltd (TASE:NICE) was up 0.20% or 120.00 points to 58,860.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Amot Investments Ltd (TASE:AMOT), which fell 3.77% or 63.00 points to trade at 1,607.00 in late trade. Energix (TASE:ENRG) declined 3.44% or 48.00 points to end at 1,346.00 and Enlight Ene (TASE:ENLT) down 3.23% or 201.00 points to 6,019.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones by 384 to 74 and 81 ended unchanged on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
Crude oil for September delivery was up 1.90% or 1.46 to $78.30 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October rose 1.47% or 1.17 to hit $80.83 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.80% or 19.70 to trade at $2,493.10 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 1.47% to 3.77, while EUR/ILS rose 1.60% to 4.13.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.04% at 103.00.
