Godrej Properties (NSE:GODR) Ltd. has made a stellar entry into the Hyderabad real estate market, selling homes worth over INR 1,000 crore in its first project in the city—Godrej Madison Avenue in Kokapet. The company launched the project in January 2025, and within a short span, it managed to sell approximately 0.84 million square feet of residential space.
The project, strategically located on Golden Mile Road, offers premium amenities and connectivity to key areas such as Outer Ring Road, the Financial District, Gachibowli, and HITEC City.
