LONDON, April 23 (Reuters) - Financial spreadbetters predicted Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE to open flat, Germany's DAX .GDAXI to gain around 41 points, or as much as 0.35 percent, and France's CAC 40 .FCHI to rise about 8 points, or as much as 0.15 percent, on Thursday.
