The engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services provider Gensol Engineering (NS:GENO) is set to conduct a Board meeting this week to consider the issuance of bonus shares as well as other corporate agendas.
The construction and engineering company’s Board of Directors are scheduled to meet on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, for consideration and approval of a proposal to issue bonus shares, at no additional cost.
At the upcoming meeting, Gensol Engineering’s Board of Directors will consider and approve the Board’s Report for the financial year 2022-23, along with the appointment of R J & Associates as Cost Auditor for the purpose of cost audit for the financial year 2023-24.
The small-cap company’s Board will also consider and approve the notice of its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM), along with any other matter with the permission of the chair, at the meeting to be held on Tuesday.
Shares of Gensol Engineering were locked in 5% upper circuits for the past two consecutive sessions, while also hitting a new lifetime high of Rs 1,923.15 apiece in the intraday trade on Friday. The stock has rallied 80.3% so far in the calendar year 2023.
