Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Copenhagen Technology, Copenhagen Chemicals and Copenhagen Real Estate sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.32%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were NKT Holding (CSE:NKT), which rose 3.32% or 21.00 points to trade at 653.00 at the close. Genmab (CSE:GMAB) added 0.95% or 15.00 points to end at 1,593.50 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS) was up 0.76% or 1.00 points to 132.20 in late trade.
Biggest losers included GN Store Nord (CSE:GN), which fell 2.42% or 3.30 points to trade at 131.10 in late trade. Demant A/S (CSE:DEMANT) declined 1.82% or 5.00 points to end at 269.80 and Coloplast A/S (CSE:COLOb) down 1.45% or 13.00 points to 883.80.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones by 80 to 52 and 17 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 2.11% or 1.48 to $71.67 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 1.99% or 1.48 to hit $75.86 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.19% or 5.25 to trade at $2,754.15 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.09% to 6.90, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.04% at 103.96.
