Denmark shares higher at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 up 2.10%
Credit: © Reuters. – Denmark equities were higher at the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Personal & Household Goods , Software & Computer Services and Technology sectors propelled shares higher.

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 gained 2.10%.

The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Ambu A/S (CO: AMBUb ), which rose 6.35% or 8.4 points to trade at 140.7 at the close. Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CO: CHRH ) added 4.65% or 28.8 points to end at 648.2 and GN Store Nord (CO: GN ) was up 4.62% or 12.4 points to 280.8 in late trade.

Biggest losers included Genmab (CO: GEN ), which lost 2.12% or 19.2 points to trade at 888.6 in late trade. Oersted A/S (CO: ORSTED ) added 0.52% or 2.10 points to end at 407.10 and Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CO: NOVOb ) gained 1.21% or 3.3 points to 276.4.

Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 92 to 35 and 9 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.

In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.08% or 0.06 to $71.72 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.24% or 0.19 to hit $80.97 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.12% or 1.50 to trade at $1231.80 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 0.05% to 6.4399, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4610.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.07% at 94.70.
