Denmark shares higher at close of trade; OMX Copenhagen 20 up 0.47%
Credit: © Reuters. – Denmark equities were higher at the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Industrials , Oil & Gas and Healthcare sectors propelled shares higher.

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 rose 0.47%.

The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were GN Store Nord (CO: GN ), which rose 1.70% or 3.7 points to trade at 221.1 at the close. AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO: MAERSKb ) added 0.79% or 79 points to end at 10035 and Jyske Bank A/S (CO: JYSK ) was up 0.59% or 2.2 points to 373.1 in late trade.

Biggest losers included Oersted A/S (CO: ORSTED ), which lost 1.72% or 7.00 points to trade at 400.10 in late trade. Genmab (CO: GEN ) declined 1.28% or 16.0 points to end at 1236.0 and Nordea Bank AB (CO: NDA ) shed 0.88% or 0.56 points to 63.06.

Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 69 to 58 and 11 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.

In commodities trading, Crude oil for June delivery was down 1.31% or 0.90 to $67.67 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 1.49% or 1.11 to hit $73.58 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.90% or 11.90 to trade at $1307.30 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was up 0.59% to 6.2050, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4506.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.59% at 92.17.
