Amtrada agrees to sell global bulk coffee activities to Sucden

LONDON, April 22 (Reuters) - Dutch-based commodity firm Amtrada Holdings BV said on Wednesday it has agreed to sell its global bulk coffee activities to Sucres & Denrees SA.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Amtrada said the sale included Nedcoffee BV, Amsterdam, Nedcoffee Singapore PTE LTD, PT Nedcoffee Makmur Jaya, Bandar Lampung, Indonesia, Nedcommodities PTE LTD, Kushalganar, India and Nedcoffee Vietnam, Buon Ma Thot and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The parties aim to complete the sale during the second quarter of 2015.

Amtrada's remaining activities, after the sale, under the names of Daarnhouwer BV, Zaandam and ICT USA are unaffected.
