Some Stocks Under Focus on June 9: Indian Oil, Vedanta & More

Investing.com -- Indian Oil Corporation (NS: IOC ): The state-owned oil company has signed a long term supply agreement with the global leader in industrial gases, Air Products (NYSE: APD ), it announced on Wednesday. 

Tata Power (NS: TTPW ): The Tata firm has commissioned an EPC project for Brookfield Renewable India in Rajasthan, with a 450 MW capacity.

Vedanta (NS: VDAN ): The mining company has pledged a 5.77% stake in subsidiary Hindustan Zinc (NS: HZNC ) for raising a term loan of Rs 8,000 crore, only days after the government’s stake sale of 29.5% in the mining company HZL was approved.

Tata Steel (NS: TISC ): The steelmaker has acquired a 12.17% stake in TRF for Rs 165 crore.

Rail Vikas Nigam (NS: RAIV ): The railway company has signed an MoU with Kyrgyzstan for infrastructure projects. It will be executing a railway line network in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Crompton Greaves (NS: CGPO ) Consumer Electricals: The electrical equipment company’s board will be meeting next week to consider fundraising of up to Rs 925 crore via debt securities.
