Investing.com -- RITES (NS: RITS ): The railway consultancy company has won a contract worth Rs 364.56 crore from the state-owned transport company Container Corporation (NS: CCRI ).

Eveready Industries (NS: ERDY ): Promoters of Dabur India (NS: DABU ), the Burman family has acquired a stake of 14.3% in the battery manufacturer in an open offer, raising their holding in the company to 38.3%.

Fineotex Chemical (NS: FINE ): The company’s promoter Sanjay Tibrewala has bought an additional 1 lakh shares through open market transactions, raising his stake held in the company from 2.97% to 3.06%.

Vakrangee Softwares (NS: VAKR ): The digital services company has signed a seller agreement with the sports equipment major Decathlon Sports India, for offering sports equipment and products to the unserved population in the country.

Nuvoco Vistas Corporation (NS: NUVO ): Mirae Asset Mutual Fund has acquired an additional 6.5 lakh equity shares of the building materials manufacturer through open market transactions on Wednesday, raising its shareholding from 4.957% to 5.139% in the company.

Mafatlal Industries (BO: MFTI ): The textiles-to-real estate conglomerate will divest its entire 77.77% stake held in the tech company Vrata Tech Solutions for Rs 4.07 crore.
