In a significant development, Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited, in collaboration with M/S Designilla Private Limited, has been awarded a Letter of Acceptance for the provision of Consultancy Services for Authority's Engineer. This project entails the supervision of the construction of a Flyover at Km 2+735 and a Major Bridge at Km 31+260 on NH-730 in the state of Uttar Pradesh, operating under the EPC mode.
The Letter of Acceptance, dated 17 October 2023, was officially received by Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited on 18 October 2023. The contract encompasses a total value of INR 1,35,61,740, inclusive of GST, and is scheduled for completion within a 24-month timeframe.
Under the terms of the agreement, the company is required to furnish a Performance Bank Guarantee within 15 days from the issuance of the Letter of Acceptance and adhere to the contract agreement execution as outlined in the RFP document.
Following this exciting development, the share price of Dhruv Consultancy Services surged by 4% to reach INR 62.45, reflecting investors' enthusiasm and optimism for the company's latest endeavor.
