Investing.com -- The specialty chemical company Narmada Gelatines (BO:NARM) will remain in focus on Monday as its shares will trade ex-dividend in the session, as it had announced a Special Interim Dividend of 1,000% at the board meeting held on Dec 7, 2022.
The small-cap company’s board of directors had declared a Special Interim Dividend of Rs 100/equity share of the face value of Rs. 10 apiece fully paid up, for the financial year 2022-23.
The record date for the determination of members entitled to the Special Interim Dividend for FY23 has been revised and set as Monday, Dec 19.
The dividend of 1,000% will be paid to eligible shareholders of the company within 30 days from the date of declaration, stated the company’s filing to the BSE.
Narmada Gelatines is a multibagger stock as its shares have rallied over a whopping 200% so far in 2022 and have skyrocketed almost 220% in a year.
Since the past eight sessions, i.e. from Dec 7-16, the small-cap stock has continuously hit upper circuits of 5% or 10% despite bearish sentiments in the domestic market.
In the previous session on Friday, Dec 16, Narmada Gelatines’ stock hit a 5% upper circuit and a new 52-week high of Rs 566.15 apiece.
