Investing.com -- The construction engineering company G R Infraprojects (NS:GINF) has announced emerging as the L-1 bidder, which means the lowest bidder for a highway construction project worth Rs 1,248.37 crore offered by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
The said project details include the construction of a six-lane Greenfield Varanasi-Ranchi-Kolkata highway spanning over a total length of 33.5 km, connecting the two villages, Anarbansalea to Sagrampur from km. 151+200 to km. 184+700 in Bihar, G R Infraprojects said to the exchanges on March 9, 2023.
The aforementioned construction project falls under the ambit of Bharatmala Pariyojana in Bihar on a Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM), and the bid cost stands at Rs 1,248.37 crore.
The completion period of the highway project is fixed as 730 days from the date of appointment, and the operation period is set as 15 years from the commercial operation date, the company said.
G R Infraprojects was selected as the L-1 bidder in a financial bid opening dated March 9, 2023, for the tender invited by NHAI, the company’s exchange filing read.
