How to Check Your Mrs Bectors IPO Share Allotment Status

Investing.com -- As per brokerages and media reports, Mrs Bectors Food Specialities Ltd (NS: MRSB ) will allot shares to its subscribers on December 22, i.e. today. The IPO was subscribed 198 times with the retail portion getting subscribed 29.28 times.

There are a couple of ways for subscribers to check their share allotment status today. Link Intime India Private Ltd is the registrar of the Mrs. Bectors Food IPO.

  • Log on to the registrar’s website
  • Select company: Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities
  • Input your PAN number
  • Check your allotment
  • Another option is to log on to the BSE website:
  • Select issue type: Equity.
  • Select issue name: Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities
  • Enter the application number.
  • Enter PAN and click on search.
  • The next steps include:
  • Dec 22: Finalize the basis of allotment to subscribers.
  • Dec 23: Unblock funds from the ASBA account.
  • Dec 24 (tentative): Subscribers who have been allotted shares get shares credited into their accounts.
  • Dec 28: Company debuts on indices.

If the debut of Burger King India is anything to go by, it is very likely that Mrs. Bectors will see strong listing gains. However, there is also a massive chance of volatility in the market thanks to the mutated strain of the virus.
