Exxon Mobil shares are up 75% from the beginning of the year and are trading at $107.55 , down-from-52-week-high.

Exxon Mobil follows other major Energy sector earnings this month

Exxon Mobil's report follows an earnings beat by Chevron on Friday, who reported EPS of $5.66 on revenue of $66.64B, compared to forecasts EPS of $4.83 on revenue of $57.03B.

TotalEnergies SE ADR had missed expectations on Thursday with third quarter EPS of $3.83 on revenue of $64.92B, compared to forecast for EPS of $3.99 on revenue of $79.43B.
