March 4 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2330 GMT on Thursday:

** Drugmaker Amgen Inc AMGN.O is buying Five Prime Therapeutics FPRX.O for about $1.9 billion to expand its line of gastric cancer drug candidates and its presence in Asia-Pacific, the companies said. A private equity consortium has told Serie A it plans to present an updated proposal to buy a stake in the media business of Italy's top soccer league as it remained interested in a deal, three sources said. Polish medical gloves producer and distributor Mercator Medical MRCP.WA is planning an acquisition spree, including in foreign markets, after its value ballooned during the COVID-19 pandemic, its chief executive said. U.S. property data and analytics company CoreLogic Inc CLGX.N rebuffed peer CoStar Group Inc's CSGP.O sweetened buyout offer, saying it required improvement in terms of value. Wipro Ltd WIPR.NS said it would buy British consultancy Capco for $1.45 billion in cash, as the Indian software giant looks to boost its offerings for the financial services industry that generates the bulk of its revenue. ProSiebensat.1 Media PSMGn.DE is not in talks on a potential merger with minority shareholder Mediaset MS.MI , CEO Rainer Beaujean said, while an expression of interest in a deal by RTL RRTL.DE was not practically relevant. Creval PCVI.MI investor Hosking Partners still believes Credit Agricole 's CAGR.PA takeover bid for the Italian lender is "much lower" than the bank's fair value, as the rivals draw closer to a formal offer, an executive of the fund manager said. Sweden's Nordax Bank offered to buy Oslo-listed Norwegian Finans Holding NOFI.OL , the owner of Bank Norwegian, in a cash transaction valued at 17.8 billion Norwegian crowns ($2.10 billion). CNP Assurances CNPP.PA has signed an agreement to buy British insurer Aviva 's AV.L life insurance businesses in Italy for 543 million euros ($655 million), the French insurer said. Australia's Cleanaway Waste Management (NYSE: WM ) CWY.AX said it had expressed interest in buying the local assets of waste and water management firm Suez SEVI.PA should the French company pursue a sale of the business. Identity management company Okta Inc OKTA.O said on Wednesday it has agreed to buy its smaller rival Auth0 in a $6.5 billion all-stock deal, one of the largest software deals so far this year.
