Sept 3 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2000 GMT on Thursday:

** Italy's Atlantia ATL.MI and state lender Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP) are wrangling over plans to spin off Atlantia's toll road unit, following pressure from the government, and remain distant over a valuation for the unit. The European Union's top court ruled that an Italian law that forced French Vivendi VIV.PA to forfeit two thirds of its 29% stake in Italian broadcaster Mediaset MS.MI violates the bloc's rules. Brazilian fintech firm Nubank is in talks to acquire brokerage Easynvest, Brazilian magazine Veja reported. Siemens (NS: SIEM ) Healthineers SHLG.DE said it issued 2.73 billion euros ($3.22 billion) worth of new shares to help finance its planned takeover of U.S. peer Varian VAR.N . Vodafone Idea VODA.NS said its board had no investment proposal to consider from U.S. wireless carrier Verizon Communications Inc (NYSE: VZ ) VZ.N or Amazon.com Inc AMZN.O . CVC Capital Partners has no plans to launch a takeover bid for British outsourcer Capita CPI.L and is only looking at specific units the company is hiving off, a source with knowledge of the matter told Reuters.
