The shares of a multinational automotive company engaged in the business of manufacturing fully vertically integrated small and light CVs, multi-utility vehicles, and agricultural tractors gained up to 3.3% in today’s trade after reporting positive Q3 results with Net Profits jumping 35% YoY, and Revenues increasing 12%.

The shares of Force Motors Ltd (NSE:FORC), with a market capitalization of Rs 8,211 Crores, surged up to 3.3% on Tuesday’s trade reaching an Intraday high of Rs 6,502 per share. However as of 10:30 am the shares retreated and were trading on a flatter trend at Rs 6,298.

Q3FY25 Results
The company reported a 35% YoY rise in consolidated Net Profit from Rs 85.4 crore in Q3FY24 to Rs 115.3 crore in Q3 FY25. However, on a quarterly basis Net Profits declined around 15% from Rs 135 crore in Q2FY25.
The company’s revenue increased 11.7% YoY from Rs 1,691.7 crore in Q3FY24 to Rs 1,889.5 crore Q3FY25. On a quarterly basis, revenues declined slightly by 2.7% from Rs 1,941 crore in Q2FY25.
On the operational front, EBITDA grew 15% YoY, from Rs 219 crore in Q3FY24 to Rs 252 crore in Q3FY25.However, on a quarterly basis, EBITDA declined by 11.6% from Rs 285 crore in Q2FY25.
Earnings per share rose YoY from Rs 64.82 to Rs 87.52 in Q3, but declined on a quarterly basis from Rs 102.46.
Sales data for January 2025
The company deals with various categories of vehicles like Small Commercial Vehicles (SCV), Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV), Utility Vehicles (UV) and Sports Utility Vehicles (SUV).
The company’s domestic sales increased 39.3% YoY from 2,508 units in January 2024 to 3,493 units in January 2025, their export sales however dropped by 78.4% from 481 units to 104 units. Their total sales increased 20.34% YoY from 2,989 units to 3,597 units.
Previous Order
As per a press release dated January 2, 2025, the Company has received an order for supply of 2429 units of BSVI Diesel Ambulance to the Medical (TASE:PMCN) Health and Family Welfare Department of Uttar Pradesh. The time period by which order is to be executed is December 2024 to March 2025.
