After-Hours Movers:

Nektar Therapeutics (NASDAQ:NKTR) 33% LOWER; says primary endpoint was not met in Phase 2 topline study for Rezpegaldesleukin in patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus.

Beyond Meat (NASDAQ:BYND) 12% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($1.05), $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of ($1.18). Revenue for the quarter came in at $79.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $75.92M.

Block Inc (NYSE:SQ) 8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.22, $0.08 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.65 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.62B.

Adobe's (NASDAQ:ADBE) 4% LOWER; DoJ preparing a suit to block Adobe's $20B takeover of Figma - Bloomberg.

Boeing (NYSE:BA) 3% LOWER; Halts 787 Dreamliner Jet deliveries due to Documentation issue - WSJ.
