2 Major Railway PSUs to Release Q4 Earnings on Mondayarticle 9

Investing.com -- Two state-owned railway companies will release their earnings results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2023, this week.

The e-ticket booking platform for Indian Railways, IRCTC (NS: INIR ) will conduct a Board meeting on Monday, May 29, 2023, to release its March quarterly earnings. The company could also declare a final dividend for the financial year 2022-23 at the meeting.

The Earning Conference Call will be held at 12 pm Indian Time on Tuesday and will be represented by the Chairman & Managing Director of IRCTC,  Rajni Hasija, along with the Director Finance & CFO, Ajit Kumar.

The call will be hosted by Dolat Analysis & Research Themes (DART).

The Navratna public sector undertaking (PSU) Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (NS: RAIV ) (RVNL) is the other state-owned railway company that will release its March quarterly earnings this week on Monday, May 29.

The company’s Board of Directors will meet on May 29, 2023, to consider and approve the financial results for the fourth quarter and year ending in March 2023, and is also expected to recommend a final dividend for FY23.

The state-owned company will hold an investor conference call on Tuesday, May 30 at 5:30 pm, and the management will comment on the company’s financial results and operations during FY23.

The management team will be represented by the Chairman and MD of RVNL, Pradeep Gaur, the Director of Operations, Rajesh Prasad, and the Director of Finance and CFO, Sanjeeb Kumar.
