Investing.com -- The leading stockbroker company Angel One (NS: ANGO ) and the capital market major CRISIL (NS: CRSL ) will remain under focus on Friday as their shares turn ex-dividend in the session.
Angel One’s Board of Directors approved a fourth interim dividend of Rs 9.6/share having a face value of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2022-23 last week.
The small-cap company set the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of the said Interim Dividend as March 31, 2023, and the dividend will be paid to those eligible on or before April 20.
The capital market company CRISIL had declared a final dividend of Rs 23 per equity share having a face value of Re 1 each. Its book closure dates include Saturday, April 1, 2023, to Sunday, April 2, 2023, both days included.
In the year that ended on December 31, 2022, CRISIL paid three interim dividends totalling Rs 25/share having a face value of Re 1 each. The total dividend for the year stands at Rs 48/share.
CRISIL is a mid-cap company having a market capitalization of Rs 23,845 crore.
