1 Penny Stock & Indowind Energy in Focus As Board Meetings Scheduled

Investing.com -- Two microcap stocks, Indowind Energy (NS: INWI ) and ARC Finance (BO: ARCF ) are in focus on Tuesday as the companies will conduct board meetings during the day.

The power distribution company Indowind Energy had announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, Dec 27 via video conferencing and address these issues:

  • Finalisation of the Rights Issue Price & Rights Entitlement 
  • Finalise the size of the rights issue
  • Finalise the record date of the issue as well as the period
  • Discuss other terms of the Rights Issue, and 
  • Approve the Final Letter of Offer.

Shares of the company surged 2.84% to Rs 14.5 apiece at the time of writing on Tuesday.

The NBFC ARC Finance informed the domestic bourses that its Board of Directors will meet on Dec 27 to consider and decide fundraising by way of rights issue of equity shares or any other securities of the company.

Its shares climbed 2.28% to Re 0.9 apiece at the time of writing. ARC Finance is a penny stock.
