Sujana Universal Industries Limited primarily engages in the manufacture of various ball and tapper roll bearings, domestic appliances, and steel products in India and internationally. It operates through three segments: LEC, Appliance, and Steel. The company offers alloy cast iron, and mechanize and ductile castings for use in automobiles, hydraulics, chemicals, heavy electrical, machine tools, pneumatic, earth moving equipment, and other special applications. It also manufactures ball bearings, pump assemblies, clutch release bearings, and textile and automobile spindles. In addition, the company manufactures a range of home appliances, such as fans, steam irons, geysers, roti-makers, water heaters, mixies, ventilation fans, air coolers, air-conditioners, refrigerators, room heaters, juice-mixer grinders etc.; and trades in steel and steel products. Further, it engages in the construction and development of integrated residential townships and commercial buildings; and design and construction of integrated medical colleges, super specialty hospitals, etc. The company was formerly known as Sujana Industries Limited and changed its name to Sujana Universal Industries Limited in 2003. Sujana Universal Industries Limited was incorporated in 1986 and is based in Hyderabad, India.
