The company is involved in promoting and conducting sports and mixed martial arts events; organizing, sponsoring, and marketing short-format cricket leagues in Greece, Kenya, Oman, Mauritius, and internationally; and tennis sponsorship activities. It also offers sports accessories under the K1 L brand name, as well as engages in finance and investment activities. The company was formerly known as Toyam Industries Limited and changed its name to Toyam Sports Limited in October 2022. Toyam Sports Limited was incorporated in 1985 and is based in Mumbai, India.
